My father, my mother and I leave today on a 2-week trip to the American Southwest.
We fly to Las Vegas and spend the night at Silverton Hotel and Casino.
Why Silverton? We won’t be going around in Las Vegas, at least during this section of our trip. We get in late in the evening and this hotel is just a short drive from the airport. But the best part of it is that the hotel is also located on the exit to Route 160 and we want to head out to the Death Valley as soon as we can. PLUS, as part of their compound, there is a huge outdoor-camping-sports store. So we will be able to pick up last-minute stuff for our camping. Uhmm.. I wonder if they sell skateboards too…
Next time we write, it is not going to be from NY.
